Hi, I’m Susan – Your Fitness and Wellness Coach

I wasn’t always into fitness. My journey began at 32 after having two children and feeling the need to reconnect with myself. I started running to lose baby weight, and it quickly became so much more—a form of therapy, a chance to step away from life’s stresses, and just breathe.

That one step turned into a path of transformation. Leaving behind my accounting job, I followed my passion and became a Level 3 Personal Trainer, certified yoga teacher, and Oxygen Advantage™ Instructor. Along the way, I’ve discovered the incredible power of movement, breath, and community, and it’s my mission to share these gifts with others.

Through fitness and breathwork, I’ve helped countless clients build strength, confidence, and resilience, whether it’s through one-on-one training, group classes, or specialized workshops. I believe fitness is about so much more than physical results—it’s about connecting with yourself, finding balance, and empowering your life.

Credentials

I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with GP referral certification and almost 10 years of gym floor experience. Additionally, I am a certified Les Mills™ instructor for BodyPump™, BodyAttack™, BodyBalance™, and SPRINT™, as well as a My Kind of Yoga™ teacher. Most recently, I completed Oxygen Advantage™ instructor training, allowing me to integrate breathing techniques into fitness and daily life.

What kind of services do you offer?

I provide one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes, monthly breathing sessions, and specialised workshops. Each program is tailored to your goals and fitness level.


Do I need to be fit to join your classes?

Not at all! My classes are designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level.

What should I bring to a session or class?

Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a positive mindset! Yoga and Breathing sessions may require a mat, but let me know if you need to borrow one.

How do I book a class or session?

You can book sessions directly through the “Book a Session” page on this website or contact me if you have specific questions or needs. Other classes can be booked directly with the gym it is running at.

What's the monthly breathing class about?

It’s a session focused on guided breathwork to reduce stress, improve focus, and boost physical and mental well-being. Open to everyone, no experience needed!


What happens during a Personal Training Session?

We’ll work together on a customized plan designed for your goals. Each session includes coaching, motivation, and techniques to help you improve safely and effectively.

What's your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Missed sessions without notice may still be charged.
